For our 40th birthdays, a friend and I too a clay class at the Dougherty Art Center in Austin. I stuck with it, ot the functional aspect but handbuilding. I love architecture and look at it everywhere. What I make is made up – not architectural models. When I run out of ideas I take things out and shoot them.
