Over the past 30 years, Alejandra has established and maintained her practice, dedicated to both the functional and sculptural aspects of ceramics. Her work has been featured in Women & Their Work gallery, San Angelo Museum of Art, Elizabeth Nay Museum, Mexicarte Museum, , Co-Lab Projects gallery, Cloud Tree Gallery, Rock-port Center for the Arts ,Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, Red Lodge Ceramic Clay Center Gallery Hunt Gallery, Webster University, St. Louis, Mo, among others. She has also been the recipient of numerous grants from the city of Austin.
