I have worked as a studio potter for 46 years in Austin, and focus primarily on functional porcelain, mostly thrown on the wheel. In high fire reduction firing I find that the possibilities for variation are endless, and I most enjoy the interplays of color, texture and form. I also spend much of my time teaching and managing at Austin Pottery Studio and Gallery in Austin.
